I hope for better day's and better ways to live peacefully, calmly and gratefully for every little and big thing that makes life good.

I hope ewe are well and at peace in the middle of anything that disturbs your peace and comfort. I hope and pray for all things good and true, real and gracious. 

I hope ewe have more good moments in the course of your day and night and you have much to be grateful for. I hope you have it in ewe to go to places in your heart and head that provide respite and a reprieve when you feel exhausted from trying to cultivate a healthy and positive outlook on life's craziness, cruelty and recklessness. Let's Go

Thank you for a good month. It seemed slow but swift. Learning how to do things is on-going as well as how and what not to do if we are up for the task of improving that which requires improvement. I appreciate another several weeks of life that I was granted, and I look forward to taking on the challenges of the upcoming month. Bring it on. HalfnHalf

One part yourself and one part of another person. Twins are interesting creatures, never quite alone, never quite complete without the other yet born to be your own person. It poses an interesting predicament as a twin who is part of the entity of twinship in tandem, plural. 

To learn how to get along in life with or without a twin is to go beyond comfort zones. To have the courage and confidence in your own ability to learn lessons gently and not so gently as your sidekick, partner in crime, wing man, may or may not be there on the ready if need be, scary stuff.

It is an interesting push pull type thing growing up when you miss your "wombmate" at times, all for having the twin around in one moment then you need your own space and some sort of autonomy. Perhaps neither need nor want anything to do with each other. The growing pains of growing apart yet holding on to the special nature of the twin connection is unique and something mostly understood by twins. The half you, half me, halfnhalf thing, remain. I will always feel like I am a twin even though you have transcended into your heavenly place. I know a big part of you, your big spirit and goodness is present. It is always powerful and precious when whispers from Heaven as soft, subtle and fun as a butterfly fluttering his wings, comes around.

Some Like It Hot

It's a hot one alright, scorchy. The temperatures in the summer season of 2024 are in the three- digit range regularly. The earth sweats, bleeds, cries, blows off steam, erupts into raging fires and fits of frustration as people trample on her. 

What if mankind combined forces for good and figured out a way first of all to get along then how best to use the vast resources that are available to us right now?  How much money, power, control does one person or country need. The greed, callous and carelessness of the powers that be are inhumane and heart wrenching. 

There is always hope though and faith in change. The shifts slowly conspire in our favor one kind gesture at a time as hearts and souls long for the awakening of possibilities of making our vulnerable, stubborn world a fair and just, peaceful and loving place. Anything is possible the probability is another thing. 🕊

Until Next Time

I hope the month was nice to you. I hope your days were mostly good and you experienced life in a good light that included descent health, happiness and feelings of accomplishment about projects you took care of.

As one month closes out another one waits on deck poised and ready to dispense soft and hard scoops of challenges, thrills and chills, fun and fantastic things predictable as well as surprises. Things that leave us breathless, bewildered, blessed and Godsmack'd by the life, little things that make us melt, the good news and kindness of others withstanding. 

The way we learn from other people still after all these years, what to do and what not to do. Life lessons and things to learn never ends. There is always something to learn to grow from and be better for the wear and tear. Until next time, have yourself a good month. A busy month for many reasons as the seasons change people lives change in way's that are not quite realized until we look back at those experiences, where we were, who was around, who is not around now, what has changed or hasn't. We look at life as if we will live forever knowing full well that that is not the case.

So we let the seasons pass we look at our own lives and the lives of those whose final season has been lived out, or has it? We will find out, or will we? It is best to stay in a safe place during our time on earth to maintain a peace and gratitude for the goodness that is and was and will be. To fret over the past or the future is futile and takes a lot out of you.

Faithful Companions

When we were kids Moochie, the family pet a Shetland Sheepdog we acquired from a family friend who had some kind of connection to Macho Picchu, the mystical mountain range in Peru, thought to be The Lost City of The Inca's. 

The blessed creature was a long haired midsize dog who regularly had a crusty plume type tail. Moochie was protective of twins, Mark and Mary as a loyal dog who gave dogs a good name. He was a friendly and lovable member of the family who is still spoken of fondly after all these years. 

Our pets truly do make a life long impression on us. It is a mark made purely of love and devotion to the people who care for them as much as they love and care for us.

2023-2024

It was a year full everything life thows out. Ready or not every day is part and parcel of the year. The good days, gut wrenching and everything in between that allows us to come up for air to catch our breath. We hope for the best while attempting to figure out the worst, adapting and modifying in ways according to the situation. We hope we have the chops to take on the challenge of the moment with as much grace as it takes to hold our heads up knowing we did our best. 

We look forward to another year full of opportunies and new experiences as we strive to evolve into the best versions of ourselves. It requires moving at a manageable pace in the eye of a fast moving world. To keep our selves together, at peace, content and compassionate, forgiving and loving, empathetic and tolerant toward others,of things and people who are wreckless and just don't care about others. We are called to lean-in harder to love, peace, respect for others with more determination to maintain a level of life that is livable, lovable, doable, nothing outlandish just a simple sense of fair play, justice, respect for the person in the back of the room and in the front. 

To another year full of hope and possibilities of better, brighter more beautiful days ahead.
